Aunty Elsie’s High Tea

Dear old Aunty Elsie has mislaid all of the contents of her shopping bag for afternoon tea (with a twist) all around the farm.

Each team is given a shopping bag, Aunty’s letter and an iPad with team Instagram account.

“I really need your help. In my old age I seem to have left things dotted around Home Farm. When I got home and looked in my shopping bag I was horrified to find that half was missing.

Please help me collect as many items on my list as you can. Mabel’s due for high tea at 4.30pm. So hurry back to the main barn by 4.15pm. There’s no need to pay for any items, it’s all on tick.

Stay in your teams or I’ll get very confused and lose track of who I’ve asked to get what. Cousin Tommy set me up one of those instathingy accounts. Bonus points for the best and most hilarious images.”

With activities to complete from blind Land Rover driving and hay bale rolling through to woodland moonshine and rock climbing (to find the highest tea for miles) - there’s a huge amount going on in this signature Elsewhere activity.

Master Chef: Farmyard Edition

Elsewhere’s Executive Chef, Theo Michaels, made the semi-finals of MasterChef 2014 and he will be the lead facilitator of this big team building event.

In your teams you are required to make a delicious 2 course meal comprising of an omelette & a fruit salad.

Sounds easy? Think again….

Firstly, armed with wheelbarrows teams have to work in their groups to locate all of the ingredients.

At each ingredient location teams have to complete tasks including milking the cow, cheese making, egg hunt, tractor driving, potato digging, goat yoga, salsa! and woodland aperitifs.

Laden with full wheelbarrows teams then move into the cooking phase by building a fire and preparing and serving their creations.

….and then of course, comes the judges verdicts and prize giving over drinks.
